Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known case of Primary and Secondary Infertility Women aged between 20 45 years Fit for Basti Procedure Menstrual History: Regular or irregular cycles USG Findings - Antral Follicle Count less than 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) Ovarian Cysts Recent exposure to: Cytotoxic drugs, Pelvic radiation therapy Known cases of: Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), Congenital anomalies of the reproductive tract, Carcinoma of the reproductive tract, Tubal Blockage Other systemic disorders that could interfere with treatment outcomes
