Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Health status Self-reported healthy with no diagnosed chronic medical or psychiatric conditions. Normal physical exam and screening vitals within reference ranges. Medication use Not currently taking medications affecting the central nervous system Meditation experience Meditation-na ve or minimal prior exposure . Language and compliance Able to follow instructions in English or Hindi and commit to all study visits and practice requirements. Informed consent Willing and able to provide written informed consen
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Psychiatric conditions Current or past diagnosis of major depressive disorder, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, PTSD, or active suicidality. Neurological conditionsHistory of epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, neurodegenerative disorders, or frequent migraines. Sleep disorders Diagnosed sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, chronic insomnia, or excessive daytime sleepiness. Cardiometabolic or respiratory disease Uncontrolled hypertension, ischemic heart disease, diabetes, asthma or COPD requiring daily therapy, or any unstable medical condition.
