Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systematically healthy patients (ASA I and ASA II) aged 18-50 years; Full mouth plaque score (FMPS) and full mouth bleeding score (FMBS)less than 10 percent; Presence of isolated Miller s Class I and Class II gingival recession defect on bilateral maxillary anterior teeth;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of underlying medical conditions, such as immunosuppression, bleeding disorders or diabetes; Smokers and Pregnancy; Patients with poor oral hygiene;

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The study demonstrated and compared the percentage of root coverage achieved with CAF + CGF and CAF + HA gel, indicating the relative effectiveness of both treatment modalities in root coverage procedures.Timepoint: Baseline, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The study should evaluate the following clinical parameters: probing pocket depth, clinical attachment level, recession depth, width of keratinized gingiva, & gingival thickness at baseline, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month. Timepoint: Baseline 1 month, 3 month, 6 month.
