Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with two or more of the following symptoms 1.Erythema 2.Scaling 3.Dryness of the skin 4.Thickness of the skin with or without itching 5.Cracks followed by itching. 6.Candle grease sign positive 7.Auspitz sign positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Psoriatic arthritis. Known case of Atopic dermatitis Known case of Lichen simplex chronicus Known case of Psoriatic lesions with secondary infections Known case of Tinea infection Known case of Psoriasis with any other skin disease
