Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subject presenting with clinical signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi. straight Leg Raising (SLR) test being positive . subject fit for chinchalawana pinda swdeda and TENS .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Operated procedure on Spine. Subjects suffering with T.B. Spine/Hip, tumors of spine, focal neuropathy and any septic or infectious disease of spine, History of Trauma/Traumatic lesion in lumbosacral region Subjects with other systemic disorder or multi systemic involvement and any concomitant serious illness

low back Pain, Stiffness should be reduced and mobility should br increasedTimepoint: in 21 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It will reduce stiffness,tingling sensation. also improve the lumbar ROM and walking ability .Timepoint: 30 days
