Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Myopia or astigmatism requiring ICL implantation Indian ethnicity Clear ocular media except cataract and endothelial cell density more or equal to 2000 cells mm Stable refraction for 1 year Clear crystalline lens ACD not less than 2 8mm Open angles on gonioscopy and normal IOP Willing and able to provide informed consent and attend followup
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous intraocular or corneal surgery Corneal pathology like ectasia and dystrophy or irregular astigmatism more than 1 D Glaucoma and macular degeneration or diabetic retinopathy requiring treatment Amblyopia or neuroophthalmic disease
