Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All security guards who employed in CMC Chittoor Campus. Only Security guards posted in external environment such as set back area, parking area and those who patrol compound wall will only be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI of > 40 2.Age more than 65 yrs 3.Those planning their leaves during the study period 4.Those with skin diseases 5.Those suffering from Fever 6.Drugs such as antihistamines which can affect the body temperature 7.On days when there is drastic drop in environmental temperature, study wont be performed

Temperature change at the end of the day among those who used cooling vest vs those who didntTimepoint: every day the temperature change and patient satisfaction will be assessed at at basseline at 1 hr and at 2 hrs

Physiological response - Change in vitals Perceived exertion RPE (Rating of perceived exertion) Borg 6 20 at same sampling times. Time-to-exhaustion.
