Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged more than 18 years Radiologically confirmed complex renal calculi (GSS grade 3 or 4) Eligible for PCNL or prone ECIRS based on preoperative evaluation Single or multiple stones in a single kidney

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active UTI Coagulopathy Severe skeletal deformities Pregnant patients Anomalous kidneys (horseshoe, ectopic)

To compare the stone-free rates (SFR) between PCNL and prone ECIRSTimepoint: 4 weeks post surgery
