Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between TTE and TEE with different depth of anesthesia by assessing Transmitral pulsed wave doppler velocity and tissue Doppler velocity (lateral and septal)Timepoint: a) Before induction (T1) b) After induction of anesthesia at BIS 40-50 (T2) c) After induction of anesthesia at BIS 60-70 (T3) d) After induction of anesthetia at BIS 70-80 (T4)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Ejection fraction 2) Aortic valve area based measurement of stroke volume and cardiac output in 2 chamber and 4 chamber LV long axis view 3) Vital parameters- Heart Rate(HR), Invasive Blood Pressure(MAP) 4) Bispectral Index(BIS), Pulse Pressure Variation (PPV)Timepoint: a) Before induction (T1) b) After induction of anesthesia at BIS 40-50 (T2) c) After induction of anesthesia at BIS 60-70 (T3) d) After induction of anesthetia at BIS 70-80 (T4)
