Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University Students aged 18-28, Participants willing to participate, Participants familiar with operating computer/laptop, Screening to be done by Short Video Dependence Scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with or having past history of any cognitive or psychiatric impairment, Individuals taking any dose of psychiatric and sedative drugs, Individuals with diagnosis of Colorblindness, Participants not willing to participate.

MeasureTime frame
Self-Reported Attention Score (Attention Self Report Scale), Selective Attention (Reaction time in computerised Stroop Task), Sustained Attention (Error rate in computerised Mackworth Clock Test), Working Memory (maximum number of digits recall in computerised Forward Digit Span Test). Timepoint: Baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks(follow-up).
