Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College Recreational badminton players. Playing badminton at least two times per week for past 6 months. Age group 18 to 25 years. Both genders were included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder,elbow surgery in past 3 months Any pathological disease of rib, spine, abdomen that affects musculoskeletal system Pre existing musculoskeltal disorder Pre existing auto immune disease Participating in other shoulder intervention programme to avoid overlap During intervention period, any participants felt pain for continuously more than 3 sessions Any soft tissue injury in shoulder or scapular region
