Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A minimum of one year of organized cricket training experience. A composite Functional Movement Screen (FMS) score of less than Or equal to 14, indicating a heightened risk of injury. A composite Y Balance test score of less than Or equal to 94 percentage or Anterior asymmetry of greater than 4cm, indicating reduced functional balance and heightened risk of injury Participant performing shoulder abduction of 2kg of 10 repetition maximum with medicine ball

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of parental/guardian informed consent or participant assent. History of any significant musculoskeletal injury, fracture, or surgery within the six months prior to the study. Presence of any underlying cardiopulmonary or neurological conditions.
