Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age - 20 to 40 years FVC reduced by 10 to 15% with spirometry Patient with chronic non-specific low back pain more than 3 months Mild to moderate pain level on NPRS Balance test - Y-Balance Test ( cut off point for ANT 3.5 % PM 7.5%) NPRS scale of pain after 1st week of therapy should be reduced by 2 points ( if this improvement does not take place they are to be excluded)
