Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 65 years of either sex belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II scheduled for elective surgical procedures under general anaesthesia with anticipated difficult airway requiring awake flexible video laryngoscopic nasotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known hypersensitivity to study drugs 2. History of epistaxis 3. Patients with nasal pathology 4. Pregnant Patients 5. Coagulopathies, bleeding disorders 6. Mental disability/delirium 7. Polytrauma 8. Cardiovascular disease
