Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 35-75 (Male and Female) 2. Duration of chronic knee pain more than 6 months 3. Radiographic confirmation of knee osteoarthritis (K-L grade 2 or 3) 4. NPRS 4-7 5. Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe psychiatric or psychological disorder 2. History of operative knee surgery or planned knee surgery 3. History of knee injection in the past 6 months or arthroscopy in the past 12 months 4. Knee pain caused by other diseases (e.g., trauma, fracture, gouty arthritis, infection, malignant tumour)
