Interventions

Intervention1: Topical Thyme Honey (100% pure natural honey): Topical application of thyme honey (approximately 1 2 mL) over the lesion, four times daily for 30 days. Control Intervention1: Triamcinol

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients clinically diagnosed with Oral Lichen Planus (OLP). b. Patients aged above 18 years. c. Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Individuals who have history of habit for more than 2 years but has tried quitting in recent 6 months. b. Individual having systemic conditions like asthma, hypertension, etc will be excluded.
