Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with shoulder impingement syndrome who demonstrate a positive Hawkins Kennedy or Neer test, experience pain during shoulder abduction or flexion, have a symptom duration ranging from 2 weeks to 12 months, and present with a SPADI score between 30% and 60% will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of previous shoulder surgery, full-thickness rotator cuff tear, cervical radiculopathy, neurological disorders, or systemic inflammatory conditions will be excluded from the study.
