Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Willing To Give Informed Written Consent Patients With ASA Grade 1 And 2 Patients Scheduled For Infraumbilical Surgeries Under Subarachnoid Block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients Belonging To ASA Grade 3 4 5 Patients With Neurological Cardiovascular Respiratory Renal And Hepatic Derrangement Patients With History Of Hypersensitivity To Local Anaesthesia Benzodiazepines Patients Having Absolute Contraindication For Spinal Anaesthesia Pregnant patient undergoing cesarian section.
