Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Working hours more than 10 hours per day 2) Vegetable and fruit vendors in the occupation since more than 1 year -2 years 3) Male and female vegetable and fruit vendors between the age of 20 years-40 years 4) Vegetable and fruit vendors selling besides the road and highway

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants not willing to participate 2) Vendors using protective equipment such as mask 3) Participant who had unstable angine, active myocardial infarction, resting heart rate more than 120 beats per hour, systolic blood pressure more than 180mmHg, history of acute respiratory failure 4) Participants who actively smoke (8-9 cigarettes per day) and has a history of tobacco use
