Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adolescents in age group of 13-18 years 2.Both boys and girls 3.School going adolescents from semi urban/rural areas 4.Sedentary Adolescents who did not comply with WHO physical activity guidelines for children and adolescents (at least 60 min MVPA/day 5 days a week). 5.The adolescents who score less than 2.7 in PAQ-A Questionnaire will be chosen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Who actively involved in any other sport activities 2.Who uses active transportation (more than 60 mins/day) 3.With any significant and diagnosed health issues (who falls sick frequently) 4.Diagnosed with any Cognitive disorders 5.Parents who is not ready to give written consent for enrolling their ward in the study
