Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This Study Includes 30 - 50 (from modern to middle age) year old individuals Case will be included in the irrespective of their sex religion caste & duration of the illness Patient irrespective of ethnic group Occupation socioeconomic status will be considered Pain will considered on the basic of womac scale it should be more than 5 All the patient with sign and symptom of osteoarthritis will be considered
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Immunocompromised status e.g.HIV uncontrolled diabetes Hypertension thyroid disorder Advance pathological like cancer metastasis Multiple system affected Cases will any other severe systematic disorder already diagnosed or diagnosed during screening if clinical features are suggestive of some illness Pregnant or lactating women. Complication of osteoarthritis. Operated and surgery cases will not considered.
