Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age- 18 to 35 years Gender- Both the genders Recreational Table Tennis players Playing table tennis at least 2 3 days per week (150 - 300 mins) for the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of upper extremity injuries and/or lower extremity injuries/surgeries within the last 6 months Diagnosed neurological disorders affecting motor control, balance, or coordination. Diagnosed systemic illness (cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic) that may limit physical performance or safety. Congenital or acquired deformities of the upper or lower extremities that limit movement. Professional Table Tennis players.
