Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrolled in full-time academic programs Pain intensity of at least 4 to 6 on the NPRS Pain intensity and functional ability of at least 21 to 40 moderate disability on the Oswestry disability Questionnaire. Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of specific low back pain (e.g., disc herniation, infection, trauma) Students with known musculoskeletal or neurological disorders History of spinal surgery
