Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 20 to 45 years. Male and female participants. Body Mass Index more than 25 kilograms per square meter according to the Asian BMI scale. Sedentary or moderately active individuals. Able to perform the Y Balance Test and the McGill Endurance Test. Willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of musculoskeletal fracture within the last six months. History of lower limb or spine surgery within the last twelve months. Neurological or vestibular disorders affecting balance. Uncontrolled cardiovascular or respiratory conditions. Uncontrolled metabolic or endocrine disorders. Pregnant or postpartum females within one year. Currently participating in a structured exercise or physiotherapy program.
