Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Measuring the amount of tooth movement -To evaluate and compare the rate of orthodontic tooth movement with and without Autologous L- PRF placed in therapeutic extraction sockets after mechanical loading.Timepoint: Just before the extraction (T0), 1 week (T1),2 weeks (T2),4 weeks (T3),8 weeks (T4)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of Anchorage loss of maxillary molar before & after retraction while placing autologous L -PRF Timepoint: T0 5 Months T2 7 months ;Evaluation of Angle of Rotation of maxillary canine before & after retraction while placing autologous L -PRFTimepoint: T0 5 Months T2 7 Months
