| Dynamic Balance Outcome Measure Tool: Y-Balance Test (YBT) Time Points: Baseline (Pre-intervention) and after 4 weeks (Post-intervention) Description: Dynamic balance will be assessed using the Y-Balance Test, measuring reach distance in anterior, posteromedial, and posterolateral directions. Scores will be normalized to limb length and expressed as a composite score (%). Higher scores indicate better balance and neuromuscular control. Lower Limb Power Outcome Measure Tool: Vertical Jump Test Time Points: Baseline (Pre-intervention) and after 4 weeks (Post-intervention) Description: Lower limb explosive power will be assessed using the Vertical Jump Test. Jump height (in cm) will be calculated as the difference between standing reach height and maximum jump height. Higher values indicate greater lower limb power.Timepoint: pre 0th week post 4th week | — |
