Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients should be able to understand instructions and provide informed consent Patients diagnosed with central vestibular disorders such as Stroke,Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson disease,Brain tumors (with complaints of dizziness) Patients with Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI) score greater than or equal to 16, indicating clinically significant dizziness handicap

Exclusion criteria: Medically unstable and with complications of cardiac or pulmonary or musculoskeletal or neurologically

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Dizziness of the patient is measured with DHI (Dizziness Handicap Inventory scale)Timepoint: outcomes will be measured at baseline, 4 weeks and 8 weeks in followup.

Secondary
