Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Positive 90-90 degree active knee extension test (symptoms include hamstring tightness, pain, and decreased flexibility).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Arthritis of the hip or knee joints. Recent lower limb injury or surgical implants. Pre-existing vascular disorders (e.g., varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis). Refusal to participate or sign informed consent.
