Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 20 65 years. 2. Patients receiving non-invasive ventilation (NIV) in the intensive care unit. 3. Patients who are conscious and oriented. 4. Patients who are able to hear and respond to instructions. 5. Patients who have mild to moderate anxiety or agitation based on Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale 6. Patients who are willing to participate and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unconscious or intubated. 2.Patients with severe hearing impairment. 3.Patients diagnosed with severe psychiatric or mental disorders. 4.Patients who are hemodynamically unstable (severe hypotension or shock). 5.Patients who are deeply sedated (e.g., very low score on Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale). 6.Patients who do not give consent or are unable to communicate.
