Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Male and female Kabaddi players 2 Age range 18 to 30 years 3 Players with minimum of 1 years of kabaddi experience 4 players play in intercollegiate district or state level kabaddi tournament

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of recent musculoskeletal injury spine hip knee shoulder ankle 2 History of any surgery in the past one year abdomen surgery lower limb surgery 3 Participants with spinal disorders disc prolapse spondylolisthesis acute and chronic low back pain 4 Player involved in other competitive sports simultaneously
