Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 64 yrs and 74 years having pain knee for more than 3 months, ability to walk independently on flat surface without an ambulatory device, Not having any limitations for performing exercise( uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled metabolic disease, uncontrolled ventricular arrhythmias, uncontrolled heart failure, sever vavlular problems)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of knee surgery, hip osteoarthritis, received intra articular injection within 6 months, neurological problems, mild or severe knee OA(i.e., K/L grade 2-4)
