Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study will be conducted among the Lady Health Supervisor (LHS) trainees attending Rural Health Training Centre (RHTC), Chabua. RHTC is located at the premises of MRHRU-Chabua. The 60 LHS-trainees from all the districts of Assam undertake a 6-months training programme on community health at RHTC every year. The consenting trainees of the current batch will be recruited as the study subjects.

Exclusion criteria: Those who do not give consent will be excluded from the study
