Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students aged 18 to 25 years Diagnosed or reported hamstring tightness eg reduced flexibility or ROM No current musculoskeletal injuries Physically active or sedentary individuals depending on your studys focus Willing to participate and provide informed consent Grade 1 and Grade 2 hamstring tightness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent hamstring strain or injury Neuromuscular or orthopedie conditions affecting the lower limbs Contraindications to physical activity or manual therapy Grade 3 tear or tightness of hamstrings
