Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children with no clinically detectable carious lesions. 2.Children with good gingival health. 3.Children with salivary flow rate higher than 1ml/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children who are undergoing orthodontic treatment. 2.Children with a history of illness/intake of any antibiotics/any allergy in the last 3 months period. 3.Children not willing to participate.
