Intervention1: Yognidra with multicomponent exercises: Group1 will be given yognidra with multicomponent exercises for 6 weeks. Sleep quality,Heart rate variability & quality of life will be assessed

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals in age group of 65-74 yrs (Young -elderly) Poor sleep status : PSQI score less than 5. Functional ambulatory, capable of doing moderate exercises & medically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cardiac problems for eg Angina, Myocardial infarction etc Diagnosed obstructive/Restrictive conditions , Acute fractures, recent surgeries impairing their participation. Individuals on medications affecting autonomic nervous system like beta blockers& opioids Neurological issues prohibiting participation in exercises Psychiatric disorders like major depression, anxiety or on antipsychotic drugs etc. Those with known sleep disorder like obstructive sleep apnea etc and on medications for the same.
