Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with ESKD and undergoing dialysis as outpatients and diet. Hemoglobin level more than 9gm per 100 ml. Participants who could walk and be independent in function and carry out basic activities of daily living were included in the study. Ability to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not diagnosed with ESKD and undergoing dialysis as out patients and not on diet. Patients with significant comorbidities that limit physical activity. Patients with cognitive impairments affecting their ability to participate in the study. Hemoglobin level less than 9gm per 100 ml Patients with recent fractures of extremities, neurologically unstable, psychologically unstable, and cognitive impairment were excluded
