Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary diagnosis of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Y-BOCS score of less than or equal to 16 Age 18 to 50 years Fluency in English, Malayalam, Tamil, or Hindi Able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other primary psychiatric disorder or severe comorbid psychiatric condition (except mild to moderate depression or anxiety) Active substance use disorder Significant cognitive impairment or medical condition interfering with participation in psychotherapy Currently receiving structured psychotherapy specifically targeting OCD
