Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Group 18-30 years. Young adults /college going students. BMI 18.5-24.9, Gender both male and female, Those participants that are positive for SRT & WBLT test should be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Recent surgery of lower limb, any other orthopaedic condition, Any musculoskeletal condition, neurological deficit, congenital deformity, Players having any lower limb injuries, Players undergone any lower limb surgery for past 6 months, Players having restrictions to their movement/pain, Athlete or recreational athlete
