Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA status II and III , Patients undergoing elective cardiac valve surgery( MVR, AVR, ASD) , Informed consent by the patient & patient s legal representatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient / Legal guardian unwilling to participate , Pregnant & Obstetric patient , Spinal deformities , Coagulopathies , Patients with moderate to severe PAH, LVEF below 50 percentage
