Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients of either gender aged more than 18 years, posted for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1,2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: *Refusal to participate in the study. *Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and on steroids. *Patients allergic to local anaesthetics and Dexamethasone * Pregnant females. *Infection at the site of infiltration of local anaesthetic. *Patients with history of chronic opioid abuse. *BMI more than 35.
