Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 30 years All genders male and female Diagnosed with non specific neck pain more than 3 months with no pathology Hamstring tightness with straight leg raise less than 70 degrees Neck disability index scores between 10 to 30 indicating mild to moderate disability Participants must be able to provide informed consent and commit to the intervention schedule Pain intensity greater than or equal to 4 out of 10 on visual analog scale Calf tightness with ankle dorsiflexion less than 10 degrees
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of recent cervical trauma fracture or surgery Diagnosed neck pathology such as cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy Systemic or neurological disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis or Parkinson disease Diagnosed pulmonary conditions that could affect spirometry outcomes such as COPD or asthma Recent lower limb injury or surgery involving the hamstrings gastrocnemius or plantar fascia Ongoing physiotherapy treatment for neck pain Pregnant or lactating individuals
