Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group between 18-60 years from both genders 2.Those fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of chronic sinusitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe systemic illnesses (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune disorders, cancer). 2.Pregnant and lactating mothers. 3. Use of corticosteroids, antihistamines, or immunosuppressive drugs within 4 weeks prior to the study 4. patients receiving allopathic sinusitis medications at the time of study
