Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre existing diagnosed psychiatric disorders severe hearing impairment or sleep disorders Current engagement in regular yoga or meditation practice History of ear surgery or severe vestibular disorders Shift workers with irregular schedules affecting sleep patterns

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Minimum 3 years of continuous service in the steel plant Exposure to occupational noise levels for at least 5 days per week Willingness to provide informed consent and comply with study protocol
