Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of age50 85 years Diagnosed as end-stage knee osteoarthritis , rheumatoid arthritis or post-traumatic arthritis with fixed flexion deformity -FFD of equal or more than 10 degree Patients Willingness to participate in standardized rehabilitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active knee infection or systemic sepsis Previous knee arthroplasty Neuromuscular disorders Extra-articular deformity requiring corrective osteotomy Previously surgical intervention
