Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects age 20years to 50 years Subjects with freshly diagnosed cases of prediabetes Subjects HBa1C within the range of 5.75% to 6.4% Subjects FBS range between 100mg/dl to 125mg/dl Irrespective of gender will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects age below 20years and above 50 years Subjects with freshly diagnosed cases of prediabetes Subjects HBa1C less than 5.75% and more than 6.4% Subjects FBS less than 100mg/dl and more than 125mg/dl Subjects who are pregnant
