Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Clinically confirmed incomplete SCI ASIA grades B and C 2 2 to 4 weeks postinjury subacute phase 3 Medically stable 4 Able to follow instructions and give informed consent 5 Able to tolerate 40-45 minutes of physiotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complete spinal cord injury ASIA grade A 2. Severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders 3. Unstable medical conditions 4. Severe spasticity 5. Major untreated sleep disorders 6. Ventilator-dependent patients
