Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 15 to 19 years of age Male and female Professional Taekwondo Athletes Experience of at least 2 years in competitive taekwondo

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athlete with any lower limb injury in last 6 months, Athletes doing specialized proprioceptive or balance training, Athletes unable to follow instructions required for participation, Known allergy or skin reaction to taping or brace material.
