Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Heavy menstrual bleeding Increased duration of bleeding more than 7 days Irregular menstrual cycle Patient having Hb more than 10gm per percent Married women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excessive bleeding due to Polyps, Erosions, Carcinoma, Fibroids etc Post menopausal bleeding Bleeding due to Miscarriage, Abortions Patient having any systemic illness, Such as Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Thyroid disorders, Tuberculosis etc Patient with Cardiovascular diseases, Coagulation disorders, renal diseases etc Unmarried women
