Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age group 13-40 years. Patients come with chief complaint of pain during menses along with associated symptoms Symptoms of Udavartini Yonivyopod for at least two consecutive cycles. Patients having hemoglobin percentage more than 08 g/dL Patient from all socio-economical class.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with major systemic diseases like uncontrolled HTN, DM, Tuberculosis, Bronchial Asthma, Hypothyroidism, Blood Disorders, or any major illness. Patients having congenital Anomalies realated to Reproductive organs. Patients having pelvic pathology like Endometriosis, Uterine Fibroid, Ovarian Cysts, etc. Patients on Hormonal Therapy Patients having heavy menses. Patients within 2 yr of menarche.

Reduction in pain intensity measured by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score during menstruation from baseline to end of 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.Timepoint: Baseline and at the end of each menstrual cycle (approximately Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90).
