Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA PS I to III undergoing elective lumbar laminectomy under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Tracheal stenosis history of tracheostomy Anticipated difficult intubation Obesity BMI more than 35 Patients susceptible to perioperative aspiration Patients with known laryngeal pathology or chronic obstructive lung disorders
